Programs

Reliable, informative, and relevant program offerings directly impact the mission and vision of NBCC and the communities we serve.

The pandemic’s ripple effect negatively impacted our local area, and our community needs our support more than ever.

In July 2020, NBCC hosted two Synergies & Solutions focus groups to assess firsthand what NBCC can do to help. The results of these sessions were tremendous. The members who attended the sessions freely shared program ideas and topics most important to their businesses. The lively dialog addressed ways to tackle challenges in the current environment and share valuable ideas that would benefit others.

Why We Are Here

The Program Committee will provide oversight for the chamber’s educational programs in alignment with the chamber’s mission and long-term strategic plan. The monthly educational programs will offer relevant, high-value topics and professional development opportunities to address our members’ current and future needs.

Program offerings will provide the communities we serve options to engage and participate in ways that best suit their learning styles and time availability. Delivery modalities include but are not limited to self-paced video and audio recordings, stand-alone classes, workshops, focus-driven series, virtual-led, onsite-led, and a blended hybrid approach.

Delivered by experts, the chamber’s educational programs will enable predictable, sustainable personal and professional growth and increase the value of membership.

Why our Program Committee Members Volunteer

They are ideal examples of demonstrating agility and success while navigating adversity and obstacles before and during the pandemic. They are leaders, business owners, and successful practitioners in their fields. We believe our partnership can drive long-term positive throughout our greater community. Our combined experience and perspectives, along with the drive to share—truly make us stand out from the rest. We rely on honesty, trust, active participation, and knowledge to guide our program efforts. Together, we bring value to Business to Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C), Educational Institutions (EDU), which includes Secondary and Higher Ed, Nonprofit (NP), and Family-Owned (FAM).
