Lori B. Donofrio-Galley
In 1983, Lori graduated Cum Laude from Elizabethtown College with a BA in English and Communication Arts. During the second phase of her career, since 1998, she has held successful leadership positions within the nonprofit sector. Lori was the Executive Director of Elizabethtown Preservation Associates/Winters Heritage House Museum, Elizabethtown, PA, and Development Director both at Berks Women in Crisis, Reading, PA, and at Aaron’s Acres, Lancaster, PA.
In earlier years, she has also worked in the for-profit industry as a technical writer/editor both at GAI-Tronics and Strategic Analysis, Inc., as an adjunct instructor at RACC in the Humanities and at Elizabethtown College in Continuing Ed, and as an independent nonprofit consultant.
Areas of professional expertise include public relations, marketing, community development, grant-writing, fundraising, training, and volunteer management. Lori is a member of the American Business Women’s Association and the Lancaster Area Express Network. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, volunteering, and studying natural and holistic therapies.
A Berks County native, Lori resides in Spring Township with her husband, Richard C. Galley. They are parents to Tessa, Emma, and David.
